We've searched high and low to find the support telecoms providers have made available during the Coronaviris crisis. We will continue to update this blog as and when we source more support or update existing. We've also gathered the support available for car finance, credit cards, energy providers, councils, and mortgages.

BT

You can claim two months of BT sport, which can either be taken off your bill or donated to the NHS.

If you’re struggling to pay your bill, there is currently no advice on this.

Lycamobile

There is currently nothing about Coronavirus or Covid-19 on the website.

O2

O2 is investing in their network, making NGS websites free to visit, making calls to hospital beds free, and offering NHS workers an extra 10GB a month for the next three months.

Sky is offering free Sky talk calls to landlines until the end of April.

They are also offering an extra 10GB of data to Sky Mobile customers.

You can pause your Sky Sport subscription if you have Sky TV.

Virgin Mobile

From 23rd March- 21st April Pay Monthly customers are getting unlimited minutes to call landlines and other mobiles, as well as another 10GB data boost at no cost.

They are currently looking at ways to support users who cannot pay bills during this time.
